Exercise does more than just keep you slim and toned. It helps boosts your mood, improves your sex life and promotes balance throughout the body. It helps build your core strength which improves stability, flexibility and balance. Exercise can make you feel better, look better and even live longer.
Here are some ways in which exercise helps create full body balance.

1. Exercise controls weight.
Exercise is the number one way to help you lose excess weight and keep it off. Physical activity, even in small bursts, helps burn calories your body has taken in through food and drink. Whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain it, healthy eating and regular exercise is the way to do it.

2. Exercise fights against health conditions and diseases.
Heart disease and high blood pressure can be prevented or at least controlled through exercise. Activity of any kind boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), the good cholesterol while decreasing bad triglycerides. In addition, exercise helps manage stroke, metabolic syndrome, depression, type2 diabetes as well as arthritis.
Exercise has been shown to improve:
• The risk of colon and breast cancers
• The risk of osteoporosis
• Body fat density
• Joint and muscle movement
• Delivery of oxygen throughout the body

3. Exercise boosts mobility, flexibility and balance.
Your strength, flexibility and posture are boosted by regular exercise all of which help your balance and coordination. Adding strength training to the mix will help those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis function better as it helps reduce soreness, stiffness and pain.

4. Exercise improves mood and self-esteem.
Endorphins released during exercise help you feel better. They reduce feelings of sadness, hopelessness and anxiety. Feeling strong naturally makes you feel surer of yourself and boosts your overall self-esteem.

5. Exercise improves sleep.
Poor sleep can lead to stress, weight gain and depression. A study by Stanford University showed that “older and middle-age people reported sleeping better when they added regular exercise to their routine. After 16 weeks in a moderate intensity exercise program, subjects were able to fall asleep about 15 minutes earlier and sleep about 45 minutes longer at night.”

6. Exercise keeps the brain sharp.
According to a study done by the Department of Exercise Science at the University of Georgia, exercising for just 20 minutes facilitates information processing and memory functions. An active brain can prevent memory loss, dementia and mental deterioration. Exercise may also slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.

7. Exercise improves sex drive.
Exercise leaves you feeling more energized, looking better and having more self-confidence. It leads to heightened arousal for women and men have fewer sexual problems.

8. Exercise promotes healthy eating.
Most people want to look and feel their best. Exercising gives us a feeling of overall wellness. When we exercise, eating a healthier diet just comes naturally.

9. Lifestyle habits.
Exercise can help you eliminate dangerous lifestyle habits like smoking, drinking and doing drugs. It can also help you create new, healthier habits like eating more organic and less processed foods.

10. Exercise can have antidepressant effects.
30 minutes of exercise three times a week can relieve symptoms of mild to moderate depression. Participating in group activities can promote good mood as well. Exercise can decrease some forms of menopausal emotional symptoms as well.

Regardless of your age, physical ability, or gender, you can incorporate regular exercise into your life. Even in small bits, exercise is beneficial. Start with what you can do without stressing your body too much and work up to a regular workout several times a week.

Exercise promotes a full body balance. It encourages weight loss, healthy eating, flexibility and an improved self-esteem. If you’ve been feeling out of sync with your body, start a regular exercise routine and you will be feeling great in no time.  But note that flabby butt and thighs keep you shapeless, and so it is up to you to know that:

7 Steps to Great Makeup

1. Avoid wearing too much

Makeup is meant to enhance features not bring negative attention to you. That's what wearing too much makeup will do; it will bring you unwanted attention. Don't wear too much of anything such as:

1. Eyeliner: dark, thick eyeliner will make you look overdone and will ruin the rest of your makeup.

2. Mascara: too much mascara looks fake and will flake. It looks especially bad if worn with thick eyeliner or dark blue eye eye shadow.

3. Foundation: Make sure your foundation is the same color as your skin. Foundation is meant to protect and give the face a smooth look. The magic word is blend.

4. Powder: The same holds true for powder - not too much. Also, be sure to blend your makeup so there are no obvious lines.

2. Lips makeup.

Apply lip liner to completely cover the lips, add color and your lipstick will stay on much longer. Make sure your lip liner doesn't show. Also, your lip color should match your skin tone; wear cool colors if you have cool coloring and warm colors if you have warm coloring. If you want to make your lips look smaller, keep your liner on the inside of your lips. However, if you decide to make your lips look larger, going outside the natural outline of you lips is a mistake. This can look quite messy and unnatural.

3. Appropriate makeup

Wear makeup that is appropriate for the occasion. If you are going to the beach you shouldn't wear the same or as much makeup as you would if you were going dancing. Also, when you are in daylight your makeup should be a lighter than when you are out for the evening.

4. Too little or no makeup

Some women don't wear makeup because they are not sure how to use it and are afraid of being overdone. If you are unsure, start will light colours in your shade. Start slowly and add one product at a time. Maybe start with foundation, add mascara, blush or lipstick. If you are not used to wearing makeup, using a lot a first may be a little too much for you, so start slowly. The bottom line is a little is better than none. If you are still unsure seek professional advice.

5. Overall look.  You could make your choice after this

When your makeup is completed it should look natural. That means avoiding colours that clash. If you have dark skin and hair you will look better in darker shades; light colours will make you look washed out. If your hair and skin tone are light, light colours will look better on you. Dark makeup will make you look older and harsh. If you have oily skin, first use oil control moisturizer and foundation. Then be sure to wear loose powder, keeping pressed powder with you for touch ups.

6. Hair color
Your hair color should also be in harmony with your skin. If you have dark hair and you want to add color, keep it close to the same shade. If you have light hair, use light colors. As you age your skin will lighten, so should your hair color. One last thing about hair color - if you do color you hair be sure you keep it up, don't let your roots show.

7. One last thing

Keep makeup looking fresh all day by doing regular touch ups. Don't let your makeup fade or crease. Smile and enjoy your reading. But before you sign off, there is this place where you can source beauty items check it out here

Because I am greatly concerned about you looking good all the time, it is my averred desire to inspire and make you happy while you are with me.  One minute of your time here, means a lot to me and I appreciate.

What I'm writing to you today may seem a little off topic, but honestly, life is happening all around us, and as passionate as I am about health and fitness, sometimes there are more important things to talk about than buttmakeover4Elegantwomen.      "I love you."

I can't think of any number of words in the entire English language more powerful than these 3 simple words when set one after the other.  They're calming, they're refreshing, they're restorative.  They speak healing, they're heart-warming, and encouraging.  Am I communicating?

At the same time, when is the last time you've said them to or heard them from the people who mean the most to you?

For most, it's been too long.  It is a new innovation I would like to share with you and all the people who spend their time to visit my blog.

In life, you can't go back.  When it's too late, it's too late.  We never know what tomorrow will bring, or even today.  I've lost loved ones and I've seen others lose some of the closest people to them, unexpectedly, without warning.  Did they have regrets about not telling them they cared enough?  Failing to say those 3 simple words as often as they should?  I don't ever, ever want to find myself in that position.

And once or twice a year you can send  in a greeting card with these 3 words - "I Love You".  This could make a big difference.  The reality is this, nothing is guaranteed in life. The closest person to you could be gone tomorrow.  Did you tell them you loved them today?  Did you express to them how much they mean to you?

I tell my wife and kids that I love them all throughout the day, every day.  My closest friends and my family know they are loved.  Not because they are left to assume it, but because I tell them.  I made a decision a long time ago that I would make sure the people around me know how important they are to me.  Life is too short for the things that matter most to go unsaid.

A bit of humor.  Please package yourself well to radiate love. Check out this <
But, you know I love you, right?"

,Have you tried asking that question without making someone's day. Without filling them with warmth.  Without evoking a huge smile.  Do they know you love them?  But it's little reminders like that, that make all the difference.  It lets the person know You're important to me.  It's current.  It's edifying.  It's encouraging.  It's what people need.

Cherish the people around you today.  Let them know they're important to you.  Let them know you love them.  Say it today. No one gets tired of being reminded that you love them, or hearing that you care.  You never know when someone needs to hear those 3 simple words most.

A thing of beauty is a joy forever! And that can be You!

It is said that a thing of beauty is a joy forever. That probably explains why possessing beauty and being beautiful is one of the foremost preoccupations of human beings. Over the years, consumerism has transformed such preoccupations into frank obsession. Inner beauty is no longer in – skin-deep beauty certainly is! But what is wrong with that? Cosmetology and the beauty industry have come of age, aided steadily by advances in cosmetic surgery. Daily workouts, gym sessions, visits to beauty parlors and keeping in sync with beauty and fashion tips has certainly become trendy.

Enhancing your beauty.
Beauty is in the eye of its beholder. Perfect beauty is but an illusion, but if you can feel good about yourself by enhancing your looks, you may find more joy in your life. And it is not too difficult to achieve. The media is full of beauty tips and beauty products. Beauty supplies are always at hand – be it at the Shopping Mall or on the Net. However, it is beautiful to be simple and yet simple to be beautiful.

One can surely start from ones home itself. Maintain a regulated lifestyle. Six to eight hours of sleep with fixed times for fixed quantity meals, avoidance of "junk" food and high calorie stuff, lots of fluid intake, high priority for vitamin-rich fruits and a rigid regime of self-discipline, would certainly make a good start in ones quest for beauty

Beauty doesn’t have to be Expensive

Where do you buy your beauty supplies? If you buy them from a department store- you are paying way too much! I was a department store buyer for many years. I was hooked on a particular brand, and I thought that the products were only available at the department store. I was wrong. With a little bit of time and research, I was able to shave off 50% of my beauty supply bill.

Imagine what you could do with the extra money. The process is actually really simple. All you have to do is find the right websites.
Many of us are hooked on a particular brand of beauty supplies. We have used them for years, and love the way that they make us look and feel. The price tag however isn’t very pretty. Try doing a search online for your favorite beauty products. You may find that auction sites such asTripleclicks.com, have really good deals. Make sure to find out about shipping and return policies.

I am a sucker for a free shipping deal, so try to find them whenever possible. You may also be able to purchase the product directly from the manufacturer’s website. Look for online promotions that will give you discounts on the items you buy most. Coupon sites can give you even better discounts, so shop around.
If you are feeling adventurous and want to try a new cheaper brand, have no fear. Most websites will include a list of ingredients for all of their products. You can then compare this list with products that you have tried before.

Look for products that have natural ingredients. If you can’t produce anything on the label, chances are its not a good deal. There are many companies that focus on creating cheap designer knock-offs, so you may get a fragrance or cologne for much less than the name brand.
Buying beauty supplies online can be a lot of fun. You will be amazed at the level of savings, and pleased with the final product. Try getting together with friends and family members to compare beauty regimens. You may find a new product or item that you cannot live without. Always remember- beauty doesn’t have to be expensive!
Try to be an avid online shopper and user of coupon codes, always shopping around for the best deals. You can find beauty supply http://www.tripleclicks.com/14646591 bargains and savings available around the web all in one location. Always find an online coupon 1st before making ANY purchase!
